I had the same questions and it was easier for me to buy an all-in-one bar and risers. It was the "Wishbone" handlebar from customparts. It is a straight bar but it had a 4" rise with a pullback to it. It looks great and fit without alterations. It was much more comfortable for me...but I am 5'3" tall!
